Savannah Guthrie has been in the news recently as she secretly wed now husband Mike Feldman as well as revealing that she’s 4 months pregnant.  The 42-year-old Today show co-anchor married Feldman in Guthrie’s hometown of Tucson, Ariz. Guests included fellow “Today” show hosts Matt Lauer, Al Roker, Hoda Kotb and Willie Geist. Jon Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea were also in attendance. Guthrie had been dating Feldman for four years before he popped the question.

Savannah announced her engagement in May, after Mike popped the question in Turks and Caicos. “No one will accuse us of rushing into anything,” she joked on the TODAY show.  While Guthrie is enjoying life as a newlywed and expecting mother we decided to let you in on a few things about her that you may not have known:

Believe it or not, Guthrie is 5’10.   Some of you may have known that but did you know that producers of the TODAY show asked Guthrie to wear flats?  Matt Lauer, her co-anchor isn’t exactly short as he stands at 5’11.  However when Guthrie wears heels she’s known to tower over Mr. Lauer.  Even Guthrie herself admitted she was too tall for the network bosses.  Heels bring her height past 6 ft which is pretty tough as a woman.
