Ryan Waller is the victim of a robbery and a gunshot. Two burglars named Larry Lloyd Carver and his child Richee Lee Carver broke into his residence on December 23, 2006, while he was spending quality time with his lover, Heather Quan aged 21.

As a result, he was shot in the back of the head and they also shot his lover to death.

Ryan Waller was found dead on the spot but he was, however, conscious when the police arrived.

The police began to investigate him instead of providing his emergency medical despite his terrible injuries.

The police cross-examination delayed his medical help which lasted nearly 2 hours.

Eventually, after surviving difficult 26 days, he died from a seizure. He had a severe injury on his skull permanently damaging his cerebrum. He had to have both of his eyes removed due to the wounds.

What happened to the convicts?

The police arrested Ritchie Lee Carver after a week after the incident. He was convicted of Felony Murder, Burglary, Aggravated Assault, and Misconduct involving weapons.

Another convict, Larry was excused by the court. However, In Nov 2011, the court reopened the case and accused Larry of First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder, Burglary, and Aggravated Assault.

It is believed the convicts are still living their lives inside the iron bar.
