According to the Police department of Prince George’s County, the Mayor was charged with 56 different sets of pornography, where 40 counts possessed exploitative child material, and the other 16 were for distributing those materials.

The investigation regarding the case started on the 17th of February after the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children got the information and informed police about the social media account functioning as Prince George’s County possessing and distributing NSFW content where underage children are involved.

According to official reports, 15 flagged and inappropriate videos and one photo were uploaded by skippy_md. By following the various investigating techniques, officials connected the account to a fake account of the Mayor.

The videos and photos were uploaded on January 2023. The investigation team worked on different techniques to find out about the account sharing inappropriate social media content and later discovered that the account belonged to Patrick.

Later, police officers searched Patrick’s house and recovered many cellphones, storage devices, tablets, and computers. The police got about two dozen photos and videos of inappropriate behaviors involving adult men and young children.
