The Courier starring Benedict Cumberbatch is Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, and many subscribers are curious to learn whether or not the enthralling film based on actual events is available to stream on Netflix.

The Cuban Missile Crisis was a big moment in this world’s history, and many people contributed to the potential catastrophe being deterred. The Courier tells the tale of the unlikely salesman turned Cold War spy Greville Wynne, who worked with a Russian source Oleg Penkovsky to gather intelligence that prevented the historic event.

Alongside Cumberbatch is a solid cast of talented players, including Rachel Brosnahan, Merab Ninidze, Jessie Buckley, and Angus Wright. The film was directed by Dominic Cooke and had its world premiere under its original title Ironbark at the Sundance Film Festival.
