Drake Milligan was born in Mansfield, Texas, on June 1, 1998. American actor and singer Milligan is most known for portraying Elvis Presley in the CMT television series Sun Records and, more recently, for his appearances on American Idol and America’s Got Talent.
The 24-year-old grew up listening to his father’s country music and was particularly fond of Merle Haggard and an Elvis impersonator he witnessed perform at a neighboring diner.

In 2018, he auditioned for American Idol, but he purposefully withdrew, claiming that he “wasn’t quite ready for that platform yet and that it would be a better step for him to focus on the music first.”
