Sorry Beliebers; it seems that Selena Gomez and her new man Samuel Krost are beginning to heat things up a bit. We know that you all want her to get back together with Justin Bieber at some point, but it seems that it might not happen. And anyway, do you want it to happen, honestly? He is terrible for her, and we should all be proud that she is mature enough to walk away from a man who is really still a boy looking for a way to grow up and in desperate need of someone to help him learn to treat the woman he clearly loves with a bit of respect and kindness. We don’t want them back together until he grows up and gets his act together in a major way, so that’s making us a bit curious about Selena Gomez’s new man and all he seems to have to offer to the young singer.

He’s got famous friends

Did you ever hear of a couple of model sisters by the name of Bella and Gigi Hadid? It turns out that Samuel Krost is a close friend of them. We don’t know how he knows them or what their connection is, but we do know that he’s known them for a long time if their Instagram accounts are any indication. This seems to be a very close group of friends, and he is in the group.

He’s not famous

He’s not a model. He’s not a singer. He actually worked in the fashion industry for a while with Helmut Lang, but he’s a businessman. He is not someone you will very likely see anywhere in which he is acting or singing. He’s not even trying to become famous, as it is. He’s just a regular guy who wants to make a career for himself in the business world.

He’s a smart guy

It turns out that Samuel Krost might not be a famous singer or the most recognizable face in the world, but he is someone with a lot of brain power, and that’s awesome. He graduated from New York University in 2015. Not only did he walk away with a business degree after graduation, he also graduated on the Dean’s List with honors and he graduated Cum Laude. That’s not a small achievement by any means. That’s something he had to work hard for, and we know he is darn proud of his accomplishments.

They were friends first

It seems that Samuel Krost is not the kind of guy who just moves in for the kill. He’s known Selena Gomez for a long time, and they’ve been friends for quite some time. According to a number of Instagram photos on numerous celebrity pages, he’s been with her for a while as friends and they did not begin dating for a long time after they met.

He doesn’t seem to be the jealous type

We like to think that Samuel Krost is not the jealous type. He has been dating Selena Gomez in private for what seems to be about a half a year now, but he doesn’t seem to have an issue with the fact that she was recently rocking out at a Justin Bieber concert or that the Biebs sometimes posts throwback photos of him kissing Selena Gomez, or the fact that she likes those photos on social media. We think he must be really confident, or that they are just having a good time in the moment.
