Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year; it is all about the kids and dressing up and turning food inot creative little treats all spookly and crafty. My husband and I throw a huge annual Halloween party at our home; this year will be the 13^th annual Halloween bash. It’s going to be a blow out because it is the 13^th annual, and we are so excited about it we can hardly even express ourselves. We like to think of ourselves as the Floridian Heidi Klums when it comes to Halloween. She is a gorgeous supermodel and mother, but she’s become synonymous with her amazing, over-the-top, star-studded Halloween party every single year. She’s our idol when it comes to things like that, we adore everything about her. However, she’s not the only celeb who kills it every single year on October 31; check out who else rivals her for best Halloween celeb.

Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum is the queen of Halloween. Every single year she throws a killer party that all of Hollywood wants to be a part of. We want to be a part of her Halloween party ourselves. It’s the event of the year; she keeps her costume very quiet, not telling anyone what she will be. More often than not, she shows up completely unrecognizable after spending 10-12 hours in a makeup chair undergoing her Halloween transformation, and we love every second of it.

Demi Lovato

Demi is a huge fan of Halloween, and it totally shows in the effort she puts into the holiday every year. She might not have the same star-studded party as Heidi Klum, but she has her own party and she always goes all out. There is never a year in which we are not completely overwhelmed with how amazing her party looks.

Martha Stewart

She’s the queen of DIY and entertaining, so it only makes sense she would go all out when it comes to Halloween. We love her effort, and every year she comes out and surprises us with something totally unexpected. She’s been everything – and she’s even poked fun at herself for her prison sentence in the past. It’s pretty good stuff.

Ellen DeGeneres

If we are being honest here, we love that Ellen dresses up every single year for her talk show. She’s been Sofia Vergara. She’s been O Magazine. She’s been Sophia Grace and Rosie. She’s been Nicki Minaj. She’s been all the best things in the entire world for Halloween, and we love her for it. She really is everything amazing about life in general. We cannot wait to see what she will do this year when she opens her show.

Hilary Duff

Hilary and her sister Haylie have always been game to show up dressed up in something fun and creative for Halloween, and we really do appreciate that about them. They are the best when it comes to the holiday and now that they are both moms, we fully expect to see even more from them and their little ones as the years go on. We love it.

Michelle Tractenberg

She’s always been a bit dark and twisty, and we are not at all surprised that she adores Halloween. She’s been on television most of our lives, and we know her as the girl who has been everything and everyone from a fun and cutesy little girl to a seriously dark and dangerous character (think when she was making Serean van der Woodsen’s life a living nightmare on Gossip Girl). She’s fantastic in every which way, and her many creative Halloween costumes have always been a bit on the dark side. She’s not afraid to have fun.

Nick Jonas

The JoBro never fails to show up for the hottest Halloween parties of the year, and he’s always dressed for it. It probably helps that he is so adorable he can pull anything off and still look good while doing it. He is always on the guest list for the best Hollywood parties, and we love that he might be on the guest list as someone who shows up unrecognizable when the time comes.

Kathie Lee and Hoda

These two have a morning talk show that allows them to drink heavily on air, and we love that about them. We also love that they don’t have any issue going all out at Halloween and making sure we all laugh outrageously as they do it. They’re so much fun that we cannot even get over how creative their costumes always are, and we are huge fans of theirs. It’s time for them to get dressed up again, and we cannot wait to see what they pull out on their show next month.

Kelly Ripa

Kelly Ripa might not have a permanent cohost for her morning talk show just yet, but we know she will step it up this year for Halloween. The show is known for making so many costume changes that it’s not even funny. She’s been Britney Spears, she’s been Kim Kardashian, she’s been everyone and everything amazing. We can always count on her to be whatever is the biggest trending subject of the year, plus all the ones that were close to being the trendiest. Her morning talk show is my favorite to watch on Halloween morning because it is always the most fun around.

Eva LaRue

She is an actress who has worked almost everywhere in the world in television, and she’s always adorable. She makes it a habit to dress up and do things for kids during the holidays, and she also makes it to some of the most amazing parties thrown in Hollywood. We’ve seen her hitting parties in Hollywood, New York and everywhere in between, and we can never wait to see her costumes. She’s always creative, never predictable, and always so adorable. It’s like you cannot even make her ugly or unappealing to anyone. That’s a life goal right there, if we might say so ourselves.
